I really like surreal movies with dream themes. I like how the scenes and events are seamlessly connected. It has a surreal feeling but also have a certain logic. There are very few movies that can properly balance each element, so I am really happy when I find a good movie.

Traveling between time and memories, pondering the nature of love

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is a 2004 American romance film. The plot is very simple. The heroine quarreled with the hero and went to a clinic to have a memory-erasing operation. The protagonist knew about it and planned to have his memory erased. During the memory-erasing process, he regretted it and wanted to stop the operation. I am not a person who likes to watch romance stories, but the style of this movie is really my cup of tea. From the series of shots of the hero entering the dream space, I love this movie very much.

The graphics are interesting, but the scene transitions and logic are what impressed me the most. I will re-watch it someday when I have time.
